Take full control of your website's navigation and presentation by leveraging the new frontmatter options. With the new order frontmatter property, you can effortlessly arrange the sequence of pages and folders in the sidebar to match your desired hierarchy or prioritize essential content instead of using the default alphabetical order.

By creating an _index.md file within a folder, you can now define specific frontmatter properties for the folders too. You can change their title or order shown in the sidebar.

Whether you prefer a wider layout or a more compact design, you can easily tailor it to your liking. Don’t worry, your site will stay responsive in smaller screen sizes regardless of your side width setting.
